Welshgolfbreaks.com is part of the Golf Tee Time Service Ltd family.


We have been organising golf breaks in Wales for over 10 years. During this time we have forged fantastic relationships with our partner golf courses and accommodation providers. We are proud the golf courses recommend us and our sister companies to their membership.

Customer Service

We strive to deliver fantastic customer service combined with great value for money golfing breaks. Our customers share this view with 98% rating our service, very good or excellent and 91% agree our breaks represent very good or excellent value.

The Booking Service & Our Promise to you

Our process is very simple and we do not request a deposit until you are completely satisfied with the arrangements.

  1. Make an enquiry - Simply complete the online form, send us an email or give one of our experienced members of staff and keen golfers a call. We will be delighted to discuss your next trip and answer any questions. If you have a break in mind then great if not we can send you some recommendations based upon your requirements.

    Our office hours are Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm and we aim to respond to all enquiries within 24 hours during the week.

  2. We will check availability at the hotel and golf courses and provide you with an email quotation outlining the itinerary and costs. Please note we offer a price match guarantee and there are no hidden costs. The price quoted is the price you pay.

  3. Providing you are happy to proceed with a golf break, we will secure the hotel rooms and tee times at the courses. In the event that the hotel availability or tee times have subsequently gone, we will endeavour to rearrange the playing order to find the best solution. We endeavour to offer a hotel of a similar standard.

  4. Once you are satisfied with the itinerary, we will request a £20 per head deposit from each group member. We allow one month for you the organiser to collect the monies on behalf of the group. Your payment is held in a client account and you will receive a written confirmation acknowledging your groups deposit and stating when the final balance is due (One month prior to travel).

  5. On receipt of the final payment we will send you a travel pack containing all the information and vouchers you require for your golf break.

Regularly asked questions

As a gesture of good will when possible we endeavour to return individual deposits for a group member should they be unable to make the break.

We will make as many amendments as you require at no cost but please be aware some hotel partners may charge for late changes. This will be outlined in the confirmation email.

We are happy to reserve a buggy(s) at anytime up until your trip, please be aware we ask you to pay for these on the day. The use of buggies is always at the courses discretion during periods of inclement weather.

Inclement weather
If you are unable to play golf during your holiday due to course closure we will endeavour to obtain a refund or green fee vouchers for the golf element of the break.

Your golf break
On receipt of the final payment the organiser will receive a travel pack by post containing the pre paid golf and accommodation vouchers. Simply present your voucher at the hotel reception and the professional shop at each course and away you go!
